How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with shipment details

How do I change or cancel my order?
Call your Account Manager or our main line at (727) 388-9895.

What are Special Order Items?
Special order items can be ordered if there is something specific you need. They take 3-6 months to arrive and are not available in small quantities.

I can’t find what I’m looking for.
Give us a call at (727) 388-9895 during normal business hours.

I’d like to request a quote.
If you have an account you can place your order online and your Account Manager will receive it and send a finalized quote for approval. If you do not have an account, please fill out our new account enrollment form to obtain this access.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order once it ships?
For parcel shipments, you would use the Fedex tracking number. For LTL shipments you would use the Pro Number on the carrier’s website.

How are shipping charges calculated?
We do not make any money off of shipping and quote 10 different carriers to ensure you get a competitive rate. We also allow customers to use their own shippers if it is preferred.

Can I expedite my shipping?
In most cases the shipping can be expedited for an additional charge.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/refund policy?
There is a 10 day return policy with a 30% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for getting the product back to one of our locations.

What is your exchange policy?
We allow 30 days to exchange and product for credit or a different item. The item(s) must be in unopened sellable condition. The purchaser is responsible for getting the product back to one of our locations.

If I return a product and am owed a refund, how will I be refunded?
It will be refunded to the payment method used for the transaction.

Where can I find item specifications for items on your site?
Underneath the picture when on the item page there is a link to download a spec sheet or dxf file if it applies.
